Edible Communites

I am extremely lucky to be working with Brian Halweil and Stephen Munshin as the deputy editor for Edible East End magazine.

There are Edibles all over the country dedicated, since 2002, to promoting local food movement. A movement, I know from writing about food and wine on the East End of Long Island since 2003, is greatly appreciated by farmers and farm policy advocates.

Brian and Stephen started Edible East End in 2005, and went on to establish Edible Manhattan an Edible Brooklyn.
